About The Position
Toyota of Bourbonnais is looking for a Cashier Receptionist to join our team in the afternoon / evenings. You will be responsible for handling customer payments and providing excellent customer service at our dealership. This role requires an upbeat and happy demeanor, with the ability to answer the phone and cash out customers while maintaining a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Collecting payments from customers
- Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department
- Handling customer inquiries efficiently
