About The Position
Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual looking to be the welcoming face of a dynamic car dealership? We’re looking for a part- time Receptionist to join our service and sales department and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors or calls our team.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ with a valid Driver’s License
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (training provided for dealership systems)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Professional, courteous, and organized
- Committed to 100% customer satisfaction

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers arriving in the service or sales department
- Determine the purpose of their visit and direct them accordingly
- Answer all incoming calls promptly, courteously, and professionally
- Operate a multi-line phone system and transfer calls to the appropriate departments
- Appointment Taking
- Key Management (organization of customer's keys)
- Other Clerical Task
- Conduct follow-up calls to customers after their service visits
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
