About The Position
Lia Honda Williamsville is seeking a Cashier/Receptionist to support its service, parts, and sales departments. The role includes processing customer payments and deposits, closing repair orders and parts tickets, and balancing daily deposits. It also involves answering service phones, scheduling service appointments, and assisting service customers as needed. Automotive experience is helpful, but the company is willing to train the right person. Evenings and Saturdays are required. The Lia Auto Group operates 21 dealerships across New York, Connecticut, and Massachusetts, representing a variety of automotive manufacturers, and also provides rental and collision repair services. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Take payments from service and parts customers.
- Close repair orders and parts tickets in the accounting system.
- Compile and balance daily parts and service deposits.
- Receipt customer deposits for the sales department.
- Answer service phones.
- Make service appointments.
- Assist service customers when needed.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
