CASHIER / RECEPTIONIST- North Shore CDJR
About The Position
Be the First Hello. Help Us Set the Standard. North Shore CDJR is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership opening October 1, 2026, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We're looking for a friendly, polished, and dependable Receptionist to help create an exceptional first impression from the moment our doors open. As the face and voice of the dealership, you'll welcome customers, answer calls, connect guests with the right team members, and help create the professional, energetic environment that will define North Shore CDJR. If you're a people person who loves providing great service and wants the opportunity to help build a dealership culture from day one, we'd love to meet you.
Requirements
- Friendly, outgoing personality and genuine passion for helping people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers, phones, email, and other technology.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
Nice To Haves
- Previous receptionist, customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Welcome every customer and guest with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Connect customers with the appropriate Sales, Service, Parts, or Management team member.
- Assist customers who visit the dealership and help direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, filing, data entry, and other office support.
- Help coordinate customer appointments and dealership communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing North Shore CDJR and The Hanania Way.
- Support dealership leadership and other departments as needed.
