About The Position

We have a current full time position available Monday
– Friday from 7:00 AM
– 4:00 PM. Duties include but not limited to: Review work orders for accuracy, Close repair orders and parts counter tickets, Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card payments, Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders, Phone reception, Provide excellent customer service, Assist with service filing.

Requirements

• Be familiar with Excel
• Be able to handle multiple tasks
• Have excellent organizational skills
• Be an enthusiastic team player
• Be self-motivated

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for accuracy
• Close repair orders and parts counter tickets
• Cash handling and receipt payments, including credit card payments
• Verify totals of sales deposits, counter tickets, and repair orders
• Phone reception
• Provide excellent customer service
• Assist with service filing
