Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic math and computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Work cooperatively with the service and parts teams
Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
Answer incoming calls and assist with service appointment inquiries
Handle customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate service personnel.
Accurately calculate and collect payments for service repairs, including cash and credit card
Reconcile daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports
Review final repair orders for accuracy and ensure proper documentation is completed
Assist service advisors with filing, paperwork, and administrative tasks
Maintain an organized and clean cashier workspace
Uphold dealership policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Other duties as assigned
