Cashier/Receptionist
About The Position
Cashier-Receptionist needed to join our team at Sunset Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships. You will be joining a stable, locally and family owned and operated dealership group with a long history of caring for our clients, our team members, and our community. In this key role, you will represent our dealership by providing exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone to our valued clients. You will process payments and record them in our accounting software, file, and perform other office/clerical work as needed. If you are the kind of person who likes to make people feel comfortable and who can be organized and on top of things, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Professional appearance.
- Friendly, helpful demeanor.
- Ability to perform general cashiering duties, including basic math.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- General office/computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Basic accounting experience.
- Previous Automotive dealership experience.
Responsibilities
