About The Position

LV Petroleum is a leading provider of fuel and convenience services, committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences at our travel centers. We are currently searching for a friendly and efficient Cashiers and Porters to join our LEADING travel center in Concordia! WALK-INS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm, inside our travel center located at 24024 E. STATE HWY NORTH, CONCORDIA, MO

Requirements

Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and transactions.
Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Dependable, with flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in cashiering or customer service is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in various areas including restrooms, break rooms, and public spaces.
Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
Empty trash receptacles and maintain waste disposal systems.
Assist in minor maintenance tasks and report any significant repairs needed to management.
Help set up and tear down for events or meetings when needed.
Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests and assisting with inquiries as necessary.
Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases and inquiries.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately using the POS system.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized cashier station and surrounding areas.
Stay informed about products, promotions, and store policies.
Assist with restocking and inventory management as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
