About The Position
Knox Pizza, LLC, doing business as Domino's, is hiring a customer service representative to help customers place and collect orders, including taking orders by phone, completing pickup orders, and bringing meals to customers' cars. The team member will learn to prepare the company's pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products quickly while helping provide a positive customer experience. The role is part-time, scheduled 3–4 nights per week, starting between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and ending between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m.
Requirements
- Have a positive attitude.
- Be high energy.
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Pass a background check.
- Be eligible to work in the USA.
- Currently reside near the store location.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders over the phone.
- Complete customers' orders when they pick them up.
- Take customers' dinners to their cars.
- Prepare pizzas, pastas, sandwiches, and other products quickly.
- Provide a positive customer experience.
