About The Position
We are looking for a friendly, reliable Cashier/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our operation, greeting customers, taking orders, processing payments accurately, and helping ensure every guest has a positive experience. You will also support the team by keeping the front area clean, organized, and running smoothly. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service is essential.
Requirements
- Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle transactions quickly and accurately
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a food service or customer service role
- Food safety certification
