As a Cashier/Guest Services Team Member, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include: Thriving in a fast-paced environment, Maintaining strong menu and product knowledge, Greeting guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, Taking customer orders and accurately entering them into the POS system, Handling cash and card transactions with accuracy, Providing outstanding customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns professionally, Assisting with food preparation and ensuring timely order delivery, Keeping the dining area clean, organized, and inviting, Working collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations, Supporting Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
