About The Position

The role enthusiastically promotes Bally’s customer-centric culture of offering superior guest service and actively building long-lasting guest relations. The Cashier will learn and efficiently operate food and beverage computer systems, assist guests with food and beverage purchases, process payments, and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately. Additionally, the role involves setting up and organizing the cashier workstation with designated supplies, forms, and resource materials, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workstation at all times. The Cashier must adhere to all standard operating procedures and company policy and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Illinois Gaming Board
Must have six months or more related experience
Must have open work availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
