About The Position

The hourly pay range for this position is $15.50 per hour - $17.00 per hour. The work hours for this position are approximately 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri. This role's key purpose is to maintain the front of house area and coffee stations while keeping service areas clean and stocked with product. It also involves merchandising products in an attractive manner to Guckenheimer standard and greeting guests, making them feel welcome.

Responsibilities

Maintain the front of house area and coffee stations while keeping service areas clean and stocked with product.
Merchandise products in an attractive manner to Guckenheimer standard.
Greet guests, making them feel welcome.
Maintain product inventory to established levels.
Maintain contracted coffee program.
Recognize products; accurately restock and rotate products.
Smile, greet, & serve customers, making them feel welcome.
Complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control.
Display merchandise in an attractive manner.
Maintain all MK areas in a neat, clean, and attractive manner.
Label and display signs for all items.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents.
Ensure that all MKs are restocked with adequate product throughout the day.
Adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
Follow safety protocols, maintain environmental responsibility, and uphold quality standards in all tasks.
Actively participate in HSEQ training and report any potential hazards or compliance concerns.
