About The Position
This is a seasonal role for a Cashier - Dispatcher Valet Parking. The position involves ensuring accurate vehicle location records, reviewing parking tickets, handling point-of-sales functions, managing monetary transactions, and monitoring radio communications for shuttle bus drivers. The work environment is diverse, fast-paced, deadline-driven, and requires multi-project coordination, prioritizing, and flexibility for last-minute changes. Requirements
- Ability to handle monetary transactions with accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Ensures files properly reflect the location of all vehicles parked.
- Reviews parking tickets for accuracy and completeness.
- Performs Point of Sales functions including extending customer courtesy to guests.
- Communicates parking options to guests.
- Ensures proper documentation on the Parking Validation Log.
- Effectively communicates availability of spaces to management.
- Effectively communicates equipment failure to management.
- Accepts cash or casino parking receipts and issues parking receipts.
- Handles monetary transactions with accuracy.
- Monitors radio for shuttle bus drivers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
