Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Experience in fast food, cash register operation, and cash handling
  • Presents a professional, pleasant, confident, and well-groomed appearance
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with guests and staff
  • Proficient in basic math
  • Fully understands and adheres to company and departmental policies and procedures
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating procedures, and manuals in English
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and management
  • Capable of conveying information clearly and professionally in high-pressure or fast-paced situations
  • Able to understand and respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with courtesy and accuracy
  • Must be able to document incidents, complete reports, and follow written instructions precisely
  • Proficiency in communicating policies, procedures, and expectations to team members
  • Ability to apply common sense and sound judgment to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions
  • Strong problem-solving skills in standardized situations involving multiple variables
  • Capable of making quick decisions under pressure while maintaining guest satisfaction and safety
  • Able to assess situations and respond appropriately to guest needs, operational challenges, or unexpected events
  • Demonstrates logical thinking and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Must qualify for all licensing and permit requirements as mandated by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Valid Clark County Health Card required

Responsibilities

  • Maintain stock on the service line and restock before shift changes
  • Accurately fill customer orders and handle cash transactions
  • Work at a steady pace to ensure consistent service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service line and dining area
  • Possess full knowledge of menu items, ingredients, prices, and sequence of service
  • Serve food and beverages with proper garnishes and presentation
  • Perform side work, including stocking, cleaning, and preparing workstations
  • Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete; submit requisitions as needed
  • Follow all health, sanitation, and safety regulations, including OSHA standards
  • Provide courteous, friendly, and timely service to all guests and staff
  • Demonstrate service excellence by greeting guests warmly, anticipating needs, and offering sincere farewells
  • Comply with all state and federal food and beverage laws
  • Take ownership of guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and accident-free work environment
  • Uphold company service standards and complete guest service training
