About The Position

As NFM’s Cashier/Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for managing all activities surrounding the cashiering and customer service staff. Your work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love—because that’s what we love.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of customer service experience that has included answering customer questions and concerns on a regular basis
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience
• 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
• Data entry skills per established department requirements
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Software applications
• Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
• English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage: Recruit, hire, coach, train, schedule, set goals and provide feedback
• Govern: Complete timekeeper functions, administer benefit pay accurately and track staff paperwork in regards to job orders, class changes and terminations
• Collaborate: Respond to all communications daily and attend schedule training events
• Resolve: Receive and follow-up with appropriate manager for all escalated customer situations
• Lead: Follow policies, discipline staff as needed, control expenses and turnover
• Support: Special events staffing and set up, finance and leasing programs and Berkshire Hathaway Shareholder on-site events
