About The Position

Mach 1 Stores of Robinson, Illinois is looking to hire an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to greet customers and efficiently handle our store's operational duties. This role is ideal for someone who is a customer service and cashier master looking for a positive environment and enjoys being where the action is. The position offers a flexible schedule, including overnight shifts. You will be the face of the convenience store, providing fantastic customer service, assisting customers with purchases, ensuring safety, operating as the cashier, stocking and fronting merchandise, and performing additional tasks such as cleaning and maintaining equipment, floors, pumps, and the lot. The role involves interacting with new and regular customers daily.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Able to lift periodically
• Cashier / cash handling skills
• Can walk/stand for shift duration
• Able and willing to work weekends and holidays
• Friendly demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Reliable and trustworthy
• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Responsibilities

• Greet customers
