About The Position

Mach 1 Stores of Robinson, Illinois is looking to hire an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to greet customers and efficiently handle our store's operational duties. This role is ideal for someone who is a customer service and cashier expert looking for a positive environment where they can be where the action is and serve their community. The position offers a flexible schedule with AM, PM, and Overnight shifts available.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Able to lift periodically.
• Cashier / cash handling skills.
• Can walk/stand for shift duration.
• Able and willing to work weekends and holidays.
• Friendly demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

• Any cashier or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and efficiently handle store operational duties.
• Assist customers with purchases and ensure they have what they need.
• Serve as the primary cashier.
• Keep merchandise stocked and fronted.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the store manager, including cleaning and maintaining equipment, floors, pumps, and the lot.
• Provide excellent customer service, which is the top priority.
