About The Position
Mach 1 Stores of Fairfield, Illinois is looking to hire an Entry-Level Customer Service Associate to greet customers and efficiently handle our store's operational duties. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a part of a community favorite stop. The position offers a flexible schedule with available AM, PM, and Overnight shifts. Comprehensive side-by-side training will be provided by the manager, covering both convenience and food service aspects of the store to ensure employee success.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age
- Able to lift periodically
- Cashier / cash handling skills
- Can walk/stand for shift duration
- Able and willing to work weekends and holidays
- Friendly demeanor
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Background Screen Required
Nice To Haves
- Any cashier or convenience store experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right person!
