About The Position
Cashier/Customer Service Associate (Team Member I) is an entry-level operations role responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality vehicle wash services in both express and full-service environments. This position supports daily site operations through vehicle preparation and exterior service tasks while working under direct supervision of site leadership. This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

- Ability to follow safety and operational procedures
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicles for wash services in accordance with company procedures
- Assist with vehicle loading under supervision
- Perform exterior cleaning and service tasks
- Operate assigned equipment safely and according to training
- Maintain cleanliness of tunnel, lot, equipment, and work areas
- Comply with all company safety standards and the Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
- Immediately report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide basic service information
- Direct customer concerns or complaints to management
