About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking part-time Cashier/Customer Experience Associates. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles transactions, promotes loyalty programs, maintains merchandising standards, processes merchandise, participates in store recovery and maintenance, provides feedback, adheres to labor laws, and supports shrink reduction and safety goals. Other duties may be assigned.
