About The Position

Happy Daz in Elida is hiring Crew Members and Cashiers. This role involves running the register, cooking great food, or both. We are looking for individuals available on Saturday and Sunday during the day, with flexible weekday hours (mornings, afternoons, or evenings). No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided from day one.

Requirements

• Availability on Saturday and/or Sunday daytime shifts, plus flexible weekday availability
• A friendly attitude that puts guests and teammates first
• Comfortable switching between the register and the kitchen
• Basic math and computer/POS skills
• Must be at least 16 years old

Nice To Haves

• Experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile, ring up orders accurately, and handle cash and card payments
• Prepare and cook food to order following recipes and specifications
• Learn the food and beverage menu to answer questions confidently
• Set up, break down, and maintain a clean and organized prep and cook area
• Operate, clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment
• Keep the dining room clean, stocked, and ready for guests
• Follow food safety and sanitation rules throughout the restaurant
