Cashier & Crew Lead
About The Position

We pride ourselves on a fun, family-like atmosphere where your hard work is actually recognized. We follow mall hours, which means no early mornings and no late nights. This role offers a choice between being a Cashier (Crew Member) or a Crew Lead (Shift Leader). As a Cashier, you will be the face of the brand, greeting customers, taking orders, and helping prep and bake pretzels. As a Crew Lead, you will direct restaurant operations in the Manager's absence, ensure food quality and safety, assist with training, and monitor breaks and scheduling, while still participating in food preparation.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old (for Cashier role).
- Must be at least 18 years old (for Crew Lead role).
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take accurate orders with a smile.
- Help prep and bake famous golden-brown pretzels.
- Work alongside a great crew to keep the energy high and the pretzels fresh.
- Direct restaurant operations when the Manager is away.
- Ensure top-tier food quality and workplace safety.
- Assist with training new team members.
- Monitor breaks and scheduling.
- Help prep, bake, and serve amazing products.
