About The Position
Villa Restaurant Group is a multi-brand, multi-concept global restaurant group specializing in full service restaurants and quick serve restaurants with corporate and franchise operations. They are looking for a reliable, guest-focused Cashier / Counter Team Member to join their team at the Bluestone Lane concept inside Terminal A. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced airport environment and is comfortable handling both front-of-house service and light bartender responsibilities.
Requirements
- Basic bartender knowledge or willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Must be able to pass airport badging requirements
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous cashier, café, or restaurant experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient service to all guests at the counter
- Accurately process orders and handle cash/POS transactions
- Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and light alcoholic drinks (beer/wine/cocktails as applicable)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area
- Support daily operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Assist with basic supervisory or shift-leading duties when needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service standards
