About The Position

Responsible for a broad array of cash management implementation, technical support, customer service, and business support functions in conjunction with Commercial Lending, Retail Banking, and Operations departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of cash management sales/service experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong detail orientation.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents.
  • Travel within the New England area is required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of the bank’s cash management, domestic and international products and services.
  • Provide support for Cash Management consultative sales functions in conjunction with Lenders, BBOs and Branch personnel and assist in ongoing relationship management activities.
  • Assist in the creation and delivery of proposals and presentation materials.
  • Ensure successful implementation and maintenance of cash management services in conjunction with business partners.
  • Perform on-site and phone-based product installation and customer training.
  • Work with customers and 3rd party providers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide Cash Management product demonstrations and training.
  • Coordinate underwriting, maintenance and exception processing for ACH and Remote Deposit limits, in conjunction with lending teams and support units.
  • Coordinate and execute customer communications.
  • Perform MIS reporting related to Cash Management financial performance and product activity.
  • Coordinate and support projects related to product development, Bank integrations and conversions.
