About The Position

As a Cash Management Services Teller, you will work with your team to ensure the safe and secure preparation and processing of cash, coin, and check deposits for our Loomis customers. Work is performed in a room or work area within a vault with little or no exposure to outside light.

Requirements

Ability to read, count, add, subtract, write, and record numbers.
Ability to perform simple computer data entry.
Ability to use calculator by touch.
10 key/adding machine.
Quality review/keen eye for details
Computer experience (able to create and save documents)
Data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

Conduct deposit verification and/or change order preparation using specialized counting equipment and procedures.
Separate currency, coin, and/or check deposits received from bank, ATM, and/or commercial customers providing accurate count by denomination.
Prepare currency and/or coin change orders by denomination for each customer assigned.
Collect processed deposits from floor tellers.
Review the deposits for accurate processing amounts.
Batch deposits and complete teller tape totals which are used to balance the batches.
Scan all batched work into the capturing system.
Balance each batch to the tape totals and correct any errors.
Complete adjustments when needed.
Complete exception reports in excel.
