About The Position

Hanover Bank is looking for a full-time Cash Management Sales Officer to join our team. The Cash Management Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling cash management products and services to corporate clients. This role involves identifying new product opportunities, managing client relationships, and providing tailored solutions that meet clients’ cash management needs with a particular emphasis on account analysis. This role is expected to leverage expertise in financial analysis and client relationship management to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction. This position requires a strong background in financial services, excellent sales skills, and a deep understanding of cash management solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year accredited college or university; Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, sales or financial related services.
  • Proven experience in digital banking or a related field, with a track record of successful project management and product development.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking technologies, trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe suite of products

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Onboard, cross sell and implement cash management products and services.
  • Understand clients' cash management needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding cash management services.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s cash management products and services.
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to clients, addressing their specific needs.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their needs and objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that address client requirements and demonstrate the value of proposed solutions to potential and existing clients
  • Perform detailed analysis of clients' current cash management practices and financial accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and enhanced cash flow management.
  • Develop and present customized cash management solutions based on account analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation of cash management solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, post-implementation.
  • Track and report on sales performance and client feedback.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on sales activities and achievements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and mitigate any risks associated with cash management products and services.
