About The Position

The Cash Management Operations Specialist is expected to provide a single point of contact service, giving the customer an unparalleled experience and process all commercial customers' business account openings (consumer and business: checking, savings, certificates of deposit, debit cards, and money markets). In addition, the CMOS will be responsible for the operation and support of the bank’s Cash Management platform Business Online, including ACH, Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, Business Mobiliti, and Positive Pay. This position supports the Retail and Business Development Teams in the sales and implementation of Cash Management technologies and successfully acts as the customer’s direct technical support for these services.

Requirements

Internal candidates: Must be a BA II and have received a “Meets Expectations” on previous review.
5+ years of banking or financial services experience with experience in digital banking.
Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer skills including MS Word and Excel, internet, email as well as the use of mobile devices and tablets is a requirement.
Excellent time management skills to complete tasks and deadlines.
Demonstrates proficiency in various digital online tools and platforms.
Ability to work independently and together as a team.
Driver’s license

Responsibilities

Work with VP Cash Management Officer to process all commercial customers requests for new account openings, order checks and debit cards as needed.
Provide unparalleled customer service during each interaction through a high level of professionalism both over the phone and/or in person, whichever is needed.
Responsible for compliance and understanding of the Bank’s policies, procedures, and legal guidelines, both new and existing.
Act as an internal Subject Matter Expert for the Cash Management platform and technologies.
Supports the Retail and Business Development Teams in the implementation and continued support of Cash Management customers.
Works with customers to resolve issues that arise during the use of the Business Online product.
Setup and/or verify all new Cash Management customers in the back-office system.
Process or verify all incoming service/change requests for existing Cash Management customers.
Maintains functional knowledge of consumer eChannels including Retail Online, Mobile Banking, Online Account Opening, A2A/P2P, Mobile Deposit and Bill Pay.
Perform backup for other various functions within Cash Management.
Contributes to building a positive team environment.
Perform similar duties as assigned by Supervisor.
