The Cash & Control Case Manager, Annuity New Business is responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of premium payments for annuity contracts, ensuring proper cash handling, reconciliation, and compliance with all regulatory and operational requirements. This role plays a critical part in safeguarding funds, minimizing financial risk, and maintaining the integrity of new business operations. The Case Manager monitors cash application trends, suspense activities, and processing discrepancies to identify opportunities for improved controls, efficiency, and accuracy. Through analysis of payment workflows and exception handling, this role helps drive process enhancements that reduce errors, improve turnaround times, and enhance the overall customer and advisor experience. Through a combination of cash oversight, process governance, and cross-functional collaboration, the Case Manager helps drive operational excellence, strengthen financial controls, and ensure a reliable and seamless premium application experience.
