About The Position

This role is responsible for researching and resolving various financial discrepancies, including cash sheet, pending/deferred, and UIR items. The specialist will also investigate and resolve teller outages, which may involve using surveillance systems. Key duties include balancing teller cash and over/short amounts, preparing and posting entries within assigned approval limits, and completing all tasks accurately and in a timely manner according to company policy and department procedures. Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality are essential, along with performing other assigned tasks.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of Microsoft office and general office equipment
Ability to communicate in a professional manner verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines but remain flexible
Well-organized, with sharp attention to detail
Capacity to work with frequent interruptions and perform repetitive tasks
Demonstrate control under stress and strict deadlines
Strong customer service skills (both internal and external customers)
Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy
Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment
