About The Position

Nemours is seeking a Cash Application Specialist in Jacksonville, FL. To process daily cash and corresponding adjustments to guarantor accounts. To balance and reconcile cash deposit batches to computer generated batch totals. To review and resolve internal and external customer inquiries regarding payments and adjustments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1-3 years experience

Responsibilities

• Post daily cash receipts and adjustments
• Verify and reconcile daily cash receipts and deposits posted to system against generated batch totals
• Key debit adjustments against payments posted to suspense finance, interest and bonus accounts
• Perform and maintain a 95% accuracy score on OER
• Routinely maintain or exceed the minimum daily production standards
• Analyze and reconcile out-of-balance batches
• Research and move transactions posted to suspense accounts as needed.
• Post denial payments received on Explanation of Benefits
• Other duties as assigned
