The Caseworker provides trauma-informed services to refugees and other ORR-eligible immigrants to support a positive integration experience and the achievement of client self-sufficiency. This position delivers individualized case management services, develops self-sufficiency plans in partnership with clients, and connects households to essential resources in the community. The Caseworker works closely with clients, colleagues, and external service providers to ensure timely access to benefits, housing, healthcare, employment, and other supports necessary for successful resettlement.
