About The Position
Ireland Home Based Services (IHBS) is seeking to expand its team by hiring Home Based Family Caseworkers and Home Based Therapists. IHBS is a leader in providing family preservation and reunification services, holding Joint Commission accreditation for Behavioral Health Care. The organization employs over 200 professionals who deliver multi-modal interventions to adolescents, children, and families within their communities and homes. Some roles may involve working with youth on probation and their families.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (for Home Based Family Caseworker I).
- Associate's degree and 4 years' experience providing services to families (for Home Based Family Caseworker II).
- High School Diploma/GED and 4 years' experience providing services to families (for Home Based Family Caseworker II).
- Master's degree in a Human Service-related field and meet certain education requirements (for Therapists not licensed eligible).
- Satisfactory MVR (for personal use of company car).
Nice To Haves
- LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT licensure (for Therapists).
- LSW, LMHC-a, or LMFT-a licensure (for Therapists).
- Temporary licenses (for Therapists).
- Experience in investigate, investigative, investigator, childhood education, child abuse, protective factor, neglect, assessment, safety, health and human services, counsel, casework, supervised visit, child protection, child development, foster care, family preservation, adoption, social services, social work, child welfare, parent education, facilitate, facilitator, teacher, education, school, psychology, sociology, healthcare, children, family, assess, mentor, corrections, correctional officer, law enforcement, police officer, criminal justice.
Responsibilities
- Build positive behavioral change with families and children.
- Provide cutting edge multi-modal interventions in Family Preservation and Reunification.
- Deliver services to adolescents, children, and families in the client's communities and homes.
- Work with youth on probation and their families.
