The Caseworker (Parent Development Specialist) will assess and develop parenting skills while adhering to evidence-based programming. This is a community-based role with explicit requirements to be on-site for specified activities at the discretion of program leadership. Other job responsibilities include: Complete assessment of families using the Standard Teen Triple P evidence-based curriculum Develop and implement service plans with assigned clients that reflect individual needs related to parenting skills and relationship building strategies with teens Provide formal and informal community resources to clients as indicated Transport clients to appointments as needed Complete all required programming documentation within electronic health record systems with accuracy and timeliness related to county contractual requirements Participate in any county requested activities including meetings and legal proceedings Adhere to CPSL protocols related to mandated reporter responsibilities
