About The Position

Family Resource Center is looking for a Caseworker to join our team. This role involves managing various aspects of Subsidized Child Care (SCC) programs, including enrollment, certification, updating, and termination processes. The Caseworker will be responsible for timely and accurate completion of re-certifications, terminations, NOA's, and maintaining case files. Additionally, the position requires providing general communication and support services to clients and staff, performing computer input, typing, and filing, and processing monthly Provider timesheets. The role also includes representing FRRC in workshops and meetings, updating processes, providing technical assistance, and operating specific computer programs like NoHo and Outlook. Occasional work outside traditional hours may be required, and strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential for interacting with the public, clients, providers, and agency staff.

Responsibilities

  • Perform enrollment, certification, updating, and termination processes for all Subsidized Child Care (SCC) programs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned re-certifications, terminations, NOA’S, family files, and other assigned duties.
  • Answer phones, make appointments, and provide general communication and support services to clients and staff.
  • Accurately perform computer input, typing, and filing for all SCC programs.
  • Maintain the required number of case files.
  • Process monthly Provider timesheets.
  • Provide appropriate FRRC representation in various workshops and meetings.
  • Update processes and basic operations of all programs.
  • Provide technical assistance and support services to parents and providers, demonstrating good customer service.
  • Operate NoHo and Outlook computer programs.
  • Participate in various workshops and meetings.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Interact with the public, clients, providers, and agency staff with excellent customer service.
