This opportunity is designed for individuals actively completing coursework to become a BCBA and accruing practicum hours. It offers a role where you can get paid while building the clinical skills needed to become a BCBA. The Case Supervisor role aims to help you develop foundational skills for a successful BCBA career, with structured supervision, coaching, and hands-on clinical experience. This role reports to the Local Clinical Trainer, a BCBA, at your assigned clinic and is part of Soar’s Apex Program, an enhanced development pathway for future BCBAs. The Apex Program is designed to elevate the development and support of Case Supervisors as they build clinical readiness, accrue practicum hours, and pursue a long-term career as a BCBA. This role is for practicum students earlier in their BCBA journey, generally more than 6-9 months away from completing BCBA requirements. The Apex Program provides enhanced development, ongoing supervision, clinical training, and opportunities to connect with other Case Supervisors across Soar. There is an opportunity for promotion to Lead Case Supervisor when within 6 months of testing.
