As Case Staffing and Truancy Case Manager, you’ll drive decisive, coordinated action when youth and families need formal support through Case Staffing Committee and Truancy Court pathways across Pinellas County. Your morning starts community-based—checking updates from schools and partners, then lining up the right voices for an upcoming staffing. Midday, you move between conversations and documentation, keeping timelines crisp and everyone aligned. Afternoons often bring progress checks on active matters and quick pivots when a family’s situation changes. On occasional weeknights, you’re in truancy court, steady and prepared, helping the process stay clear and constructive. You’ll typically work Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm, with the pace staying energized and purpose-driven from start to finish.
