About The Position

Join our Legal Team and Help Nebraska Families! This role involves legal case management, assisting in the establishment of family support orders, and using locate tools to obtain customer information. You will also be responsible for identifying barriers, evaluating how to assist customers, maintaining confidentiality, and providing excellent customer service. Creative team projects and regular, timely attendance are also part of the role.

Requirements

  • Equivalent to a High School diploma.
  • 0 – 2 years Customer Service experience.

Nice To Haves

  • No experience is necessary. Extensive paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

  • Legal case management
