Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up customer cases in the system for research teams to process.
• Perform audits for inaccuracies or missing information.
• Enter client information into the computer.
• Follow standardized procedures for set-up.
• Audit input for any inaccurate items or missing information.
