About The Position

Join the Flexcold team as a Case Selector and play an important role in accurately and efficiently preparing customer orders for shipment. This position is responsible for selecting products, building and securing pallets, staging orders, and operating pallet jack equipment while maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and productivity.

Requirements

HS diploma or GED equivalent.
1+ years’ operating warehouse equipment.
Basic math skills.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Awareness of the safety and official procedures for handling goods and supplies.
Ability to work a flexible schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius while wearing company provided PPE and freezer gear.
Ability to tolerate heights up to 50 ft and be able to access elevated product from inside safety cage.
Ability to effectively manage time and meet set targets and deadlines.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently or with a team.
Pre-employment drug test as a condition of employment.
May be subject to random drug testing and testing based on reasonable suspicion.

Responsibilities

Accurately select merchandise from warehouse racks using a handheld WMS system.
Operate single and double manual or electric pallet jacks.
Conduct inventory and cycle counts as needed.
Manually wrap or operate a shrink-wrap machine to securely prepare products for shipment.
Build, load, and stage customer orders for shipment.
Safely handle products according to company standards and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all company, regulatory, and safety policies and procedures.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
