About The Position
The PST - Warehouse Operations family is dedicated to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse facilities. This includes the management of inventory, equipment, and personnel to meet the demands of our supply chain. This role is vital in maintaining the flow of goods in our warehouse. As a Forklift Driver or Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform other warehouse duties.
Requirements
- Possess a valid forklift operator certification or willing to be trained
- Able to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety at all times.
- Able to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklift to move and stack merchandise in the warehouse.
- Ensure that all goods are stored in the correct location and are easily accessible.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety procedures.
- Conduct routine checks on the forklift to ensure it is safe to operate.
- Assist in other warehouse duties as required.
