About The Position

Join Wasatch Behavioral Health as a Full-Time Case Manager with our Stride Program at Shelley Elementary in American Fork, Utah. Stride is a partial-day treatment program serving children ages 5–12 who need additional support with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges. In this rewarding role, you'll help create a safe, structured, and encouraging environment where children can build confidence, develop coping skills, strengthen relationships, and succeed at home, school, and in their communities. Through engaging activities and skill-building interventions, you'll help children and their families develop healthy communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, and social skills. This full-time position offers a competitive wage of $21.15–$29.58/hour. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with Social Service Worker (SSW) license
  • Bachelor's degree in any field with willingness to pursue SSW licensure
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic understanding of Social Work principles
  • Familiarity with social welfare policy and human development
  • Ability to problem-solve and maintain a client-centered approach

Nice To Haves

  • Applicants under the "working toward SSW" pathway must obtain their SSW license within 24 months of hire.
  • Spanish speakers may qualify for increased wages after testing

Responsibilities

  • Support children ages 5–12 in developing social, emotional, behavioral, and coping skills within a structured treatment setting
  • Assess student needs and help develop individualized treatment plans to support progress and success
  • Provide skill-building interventions focused on communication, emotional regulation, problem-solving, self-esteem, and healthy relationships
  • Coordinate care and connect families with community resources, school supports, and other service providers
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, school personnel, families, and other stakeholders to support each child's treatment goals
  • Monitor client progress and help ensure treatment goals are being met
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and case records
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development opportunities
  • Help create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment where children can build confidence and thrive
