Hopelink provides vital resources to people experiencing financial and housing instability in our community. The Case Manager provides assessment, advocacy, referrals, and other support services to low-income families in shelter, transitional, non-time limited housing programs as well as community-based settings. The primary goal is to help families through their own resilience to make positive life changes and substantial progress towards self-sufficiency, with a focus on increasing income & obtaining and maintaining permanent housing. The ideal candidate will be flexible, compassionate, excited to learn, and is a team player who works well in a collaborative team environment alongside community partners. A combination of on-site and remote options is available for this role after training period is complete and job proficiency is demonstrated.
