About The Position
Gemma Service is looking for a Case Manager for their Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program operating out of their Mt. Airy location. Requirements
- Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills
- Proficient interpersonal relations and communicative skills
- Proficient PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity of utilizing EHR
- Detail oriented
- Excellent organization and task management skills
- Experience collaborating with others in a professional capacity
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the Child Welfare and Behavioral Health field is normally required.
Nice To Haves
- A B.S. or B.A. degree in a human service-related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting the process of admission into the IBHS program including entering referrals, obtaining consents, and securing authorizations for services.
- Responsible for managing a small caseload of children/youth in non-cluster schools.
- Ensures collaborative communication with other members of the treatment team.
