Under direct supervision from the Behavioral Health Services Manager, provides case management services to either children/families or the adult clients of the Division of Behavioral Health Services programs. The incumbent ensures that quality, effective and efficient services are provided to clients and that the clients are receiving services to meet their basic needs of becoming self-sufficient. The incumbent assists clinical staff in the implementation of specific treatment plans and coordinates with other service providers to ensure the necessary psychological, social and economic services/entitlements are acquired and provided. This job class is treated as FLSA Non-Exempt.
