The Case Manager will be responsible for managing client communication, coordinating case activity, obtaining and organizing supporting documentation, and assisting attorneys throughout the life of a case. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities in both English and Arabic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding client service. Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in case management, legal support, personal injury, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling client communications and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff.

  • Experience working in a personal injury law firm.
  • Experience communicating with medical providers and insurance companies.
  • Familiarity with legal case management systems and document management software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the lifecycle of their case.
  • Conduct detailed client intakes, gather background information, and document case facts accurately.
  • Provide regular case updates and respond to client questions and concerns.
  • Maintain professional, empathetic, and consistent communication with clients.
  • Build strong client relationships while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Open new cases and ensure all files and documentation are complete, organized, and accurate.
  • Request, track, and organize medical records, billing statements, police reports, insurance information, and supporting evidence.
  • Monitor client treatment progress and maintain communication with medical providers.
  • Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
  • Track case deadlines, statutes of limitations, and required filings to ensure timely case progression.
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, coverage information, and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare demand packages, including medical summaries, damages calculations, and supporting documentation.
  • Assist attorneys with settlement negotiations and preparation of settlement-related documentation.
  • Follow up on outstanding records, claims information, and case-related correspondence.
