Requirements

  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong typing and writing skills with attention to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Excellent phone skills, including professionalism and the ability to communicate with clients compassionately and patiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; works well with others in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to handle a high volume of casework and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, compassion, and empathy towards clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1–5 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates with backgrounds in sales, retail, hospitality, or similar customer-facing fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience as a legal case manager or in a comparable role is a plus, but not required.
  • Proactive self-starter who is highly motivated and willing to learn and grow.
  • Demonstrates hard work, compassion, responsibility, reliability, honesty, and integrity in all your actions and interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a high volume of personal injury cases from inception to resolution, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing their concerns with compassion and patience.
  • Gather and organize case-related documents, including medical records, accident reports, and insurance information. Request, review, and document evidence.
  • Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate case files in the firm's case management system.
  • Assist attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, such as demand letters.
  • Organize, scan, and file mail, email, and fax correspondence.
  • Provide support to the phone-answering team, fielding and transferring calls, and taking accurate messages.
  • Schedule and facilitate client appointments and calls with attorneys.
