We offer career opportunities where you can contribute and grow. The Cincinnati Insurance Companies' Life Underwriting & Policy Issue department is currently seeking a case manager. The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Responsibilities

  • complete all facts of application processing, including input and policy issuance
  • enter information into Lifepro and AppTrac systems
  • provide excellent customer service to agents, field representatives and vendors
  • obtain requirements as determined by underwriting
  • process initial premium and activate coverage
