Handle personal injury cases from A to Z in pre-litigation, maintaining regular communication with clients and providing case updates. This role involves opening claims with insurance companies, coordinating all aspects of the claim, and assisting clients with property damage issues. The Case Manager will also help coordinate vehicle inspections, repair estimates, rental cars, and loss of use claims, while communicating with repair shops and insurance adjusters regarding estimates, supplements, delays, and vehicle damage. A key part of the role is guiding clients through the property damage process and helping resolve related issues efficiently. The Case Manager will gather and organize all claim-related documents, assist clients with treatment coordination, and follow up on medical progress. Daily communication with insurance adjusters, medical providers, and clients is expected. The role includes preparing demand packages, ensuring files are complete before attorney review, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining accurate notes in the case management system to support the settlement process and client communication through resolution.
