About The Position

For over 60 years, Calvary Healing Center has provided a full continuum of care, specializing in addiction treatment for adults across the Phoenix area and Nationwide. Calvary's proven treatment programs address the practical, physical, and spiritual aspects of addiction for lasting recovery. The Case Manager works under the guidance of the Clinical Director while mentoring case management staff. The Case Manager collaborates with other healthcare team members to coordinate and facilitate the effective delivery of quality services to Calvary patients. The Case Manager is knowledgeable about and responsible for treatment plans, utilization review, discharge planning, psychoeducation groups, and case management.
